“First Fridays” are nationwide events that occur on the first Friday of every month…hence First Fridays. Many have an art basis to them, and downtown Elgin is no exception!
Celebrate May’s First Friday by joining us for an evening of art, live music and prizes! It’s fun, interactive, and a great way to explore downtown that you can do alone, with friends or family. Make your way to each of the participating Art Hop locations, get your passport stamped, and turn in your completed passport to be eligible for prizes! Each location will be featuring a different art exhibit.
The DNA has a call for visual artists who would like to display their artwork in
various venues in the downtown area for this year’s Art Hop.
